Today we get to talk about heartbreak. The word heartbreak means overwhelming mental anguish or grief, especially that caused by loss or disappointment. Remember that anything that happens occurred because someone actually did not do it the right way. Do not let heartbreak put you in a formidable position/condition not to love again. Any relationship that crashed was because one of the two lied about love. When the love is not in equilibrium form, the word equilibrium which JOHN NASH a scientist named after its inventor, then the relationship is prompt to crash. I usually use the word Matured Mind to classify those that deals with heartbreak. Most people deal with heartbreak in such a hideous way, instead of healing them of the pain, rather it worsen the scenario. Is it relevant to look for bed mate in order to end your grief? I say NO to that... Instead of taking decision out of rage, you should try the other way, by accepting the fact that you two were not compatible. The case were most female swore to be unfaithful until she want to settle down as a wife. That is trying to deep yourself into a situation that you can not apprehend when you can not contain it, rather than causing harm to yourself, it is better to abstain from love for a while to clear your mind. Before you experience heartbreak, there are things that prompt it. Most female in relationship get carried away as to forget that it is a journey to marriage. And so most female moved in to their Lover's apartment. Love is strong and can make you to take decision as if you are on drugs. Think back when that Man you love was just crushing on you, how he calls, texts and so passionate to be with you, but you noticed every bit of these affection fed away as you two get along in a relationship. This happens only for two reasons. Either he wants you just for sex or because you made yourself none estimable anymore by throwing yourself on him. You can still retain those romantic affection by making yourself expensive once again. Try to visit him three times a month and call reasonably. Do not beg for attention, rather you gain attention. Abstain from the improvident mindset "that once you sex him anytime he wants that then you will gain his love or trust." That is so dreadful cause it make you look cheap... Make him to desire you, rather than forcing yourself on him. Here are the strategy you should attempt to depress heartbreak!

REPLACE THEM WITH SOMETHING YOU CHERISH

Place your  mind and heart on things that makes you happy. Having something or someone that is like your shadow. Things that put smile on your heart and face. Whether is someone, hobby or activities that always puts you in the right state of mind, set your heart somewhere else than thinking about your past.

FOCUS ON POSITIVE THINGS

Focusing on positive things like, work or your career. Get busy with things that can benefit you. That past will try to hunt you, because some things or people are hard to replace, but you can not seize to attempt some ways to get free from the trauma. Involve yourself to positive activities.

DO
NOT BEAR GRUDGES

Get yourself a ticket of free mutual mind. That means, "subsiding the feelings you have for them. Take them as a friend, chat them, comment and like their social media posts, if they have any. That puts you in a tranquil state of mind.
